1) Disability Rights Advocacy Project (DRAP)
Objectives
  • To build the capacity of Coalition members and disability persons organizations in Lango
  • To ensure implementation of the ordinances on education and PWDs in the 3 districts
  • To create a citizens platform to monitor implementation of the Ordinances
Goal
Strengthened Social Protection Mechanisms and Access to Education of PWDs in Lango
2) Community Empowerment for Good Governance (CEGG)
The project is being implemented in the two districts of Lira and Amolatar reaching the sub counties of (Ngetta, Agweng Aromo, Aputi, Arwotcek and Agwingiri) Target so far reached is 7409 people, 5406 young people (M-3417 F-1989) and Adults (M-1232 F-771)
Goal:
To strengthen the capacity of citizens and communities in Lira and Amolatar districts to participate in local governance and accountability processes
